In my job I wouldn't dream of eating anything so heavy. I need to be able to move again after lunch. Mostly I take leftovers from dinner the night before. Maybe some soup or a salad but never more than one of the above in each category.

Number 2 would be my 1st choice followed by 3 and then 1.

1. salads, burgers sans bun, skip the fries 2. wonton soup or coconut chicken soup, a chicken cheesesteak (no bread or fries) 3. crustless pizza....peperoni, beef, chicken, sausage, cheese, light sauce , if you must whole wheat pasta. i don't eat processed grains very often as they're nutritionaly barren and detrimental to your health

I'll pick and choose - we're talking lunch, aren't we? Soup and salad would suit me fine.

For dinner, pizza, burgers, pasta are all great.
