I've tried clearing my dns cache to remove any negative results and holding down shift during the connection attempt to bypass the cache but some sites always time out. I can get on a site very occassionally but then it times out the next time.
I'm using Firefox but IE doesn't help either.

one of my friends that i considered a best-friend messesed up and is asking for his forgivness. well his brothers is in jail for a gang and his cuzzezs got shot and sum died and he blames him self for not being there to help. so as a friend i tried to help him but then he started takings drugs/cutting him-self. i was with him alot and triend to help him. but then the problems started to get worse and worse everyday. thats when i realized he was lieying to me so i set him up in a trap. and i was right he was just using me. he saied he liked me and wen i confrunted him he just saied that he didnt and thats wen my friends started saying he was getting to close to me and i realized that he was. he like wanted to make-out with me i just wanted to help him in his problems not make-out with him. but all his problems were lies and i now he's saying sorry and i dont know wat to do. help please.

Who is missing myspace REALLY bad right now? I'm just curious. Just so you know Edison (the electric company in Santa Monica, CA) hopes to have the power on by tomorrow, so whenever they get power Tom will be able to get it back running. He'sgotta get a backup plan. LOL

I walked my mom thru the installation process of Yahoo Messenger. The download was successful but she is not able to receive messages. The text box displays that the a person is writing a message but they just won't show up. I've searched Yahoo Messenger help and followed their instructions, but that didn't work either. I've even got her to install older versions of Ymessenger and the problem remains the same. She can send messages but can't receive them. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem or is my mom just out of luck? (I think I might get her to use AOL...sometimes Yahoo sucks!) I appreciate the the input and help....Thanks a lot!!
