This business plan, and the business that ensues from this, shows people how to progressively and perpetually reduce their tax burden across the board. This goes far beyond merely income taxes. We're talking about all forms of taxation at all levels of government.

In effect, this business legally allows people to increase their take home earnings by over 44% on average giving themselves a huge payraise.

If you had the opportunity to invest in this business and reap the dividends (far beyond your expectations) what would you do?

I'm confused why the SPY was down 1.03% on Tuesday June 26th but the S&P 500 Index was only down .32%.

The SPY (ETF) is supposed to mirror the S&P 500 index. I know it won't be completely the same but I can't figure out why the ETF was down 3 times the amount of the index it is supposed to mimic. What causes this big discrepancy?

Im currently 15, and I'm damn tired of waiting to get through high school and college to start making some serious money. I am a very motivated, smart teenager[4.0 with honors classes] and I believe that through some light research I have done, that the stock market is the way to go. I was reading about mutual funds and all this different stuff, but i figured why not probe Yahoo Answers for some info. What is the best way to get some money fast using the Stock market? What to invest in, what to trade, what broker to use, etc. A jump start in the right direction is really what I need here, as i jsut got some money and I am dying to invest it. I was hoping to get 1 mil in a couple years and eventually check out some hedge funds. Any help is appreciated.

I bought some apple stock which has been quite good to me in the last few months. I was watching the ticker quite a bit today as apple took a nice little nose dive. Just checked the price at about 5:30, after hours, and it showed the stock went up over 3 dollars in after hours trading. I was very happy to see this, but then the next change in the ticker on yahoo finance showed it trading at -.05. How can a swing of 3 dollars on a stock after hours happen instantly. Was this a fluke? How can after hours trading have such large and instaneous price fluctuations, what going on here?

I just opened a mutual fund account for long term savings and plan to invest around $150 a month. I will not sell any shares or take any money out of this account for about 10 years. How do I handle taxes with this? Do I just claim the amount of earnings each year when I file my taxes, or does this get claimed when I sell?
