I own a company, Marketplace Software, LLC and we just came out with version 6 of our "e-manage enterprise management software". It's been in development with 40 companies for 7 years and I finally know that it is mature enough to take to the masses. Does anyone know where I can submit it? It's a huge software with over 473 windows, so it's not something that can be downloaded and run without a run through by my company.

Thanks in advance.

There are a few websites out there that condemn Wal-Mart for paying low wages and not offering very good health care plans. My question is, why Wal-Mart? Most of the people who work there would either be unemployed or working at a fast food place for even lower wages with no health coverage options at all. Why not talk about McDonalds or the thousands of convience stores across the country who are 10 times worse?

Here is the situation: company wants to send a nastygram to a third party and they want to sound like they are a bigger company than they actually are. The want to sound like they have a legal department without actually having a legal department. They do not want to misrepresent that they are an attorney, but at the same time would not be too upset if the other party misinterpreted their position to believe that they actually are an attorney. The position does not necessarily have to be relating to a legal department but needs to show that it has a lot of clout and gives the impression that this is a bigger company than it actually is. Any ideas for a good title for this person?
