Certified letter help!!!?

I have a friend that bouced three checks at the same gas station and she paid them off but she got a thing in the mail saying that she has a certified letter from them.. she hasnt went and picked it up but what could it be a certified letter for?

probably to let her know about a notice.. but if she's already paid it, they may disregard it.

It may be that the letter was sent before she paid off the checks. It's best to just go get it and get it over with!

I don't know what it is, but the purpose of sending it certified is to have proof that the person received it.
