For years yahoo has always been on top how come google's market capital is 106 billion and yahoo's market capital is 42 billion.

Google innovated and brought new ways of doing business, It has revolutionized the sphere of a new search engine through a new language called AJAX ( Asynchronous Java and XML). When Microsoft and yahoo did have good search engines, it lacked the speed that google lacked that this was what google exactly capitalized, it had only one goal on mind and that is to become the market leader in search engines, once it became the market leader in search engines it tried to develop more products in an innovative way and marketed its results. The recent buy out of orkut and youtube has made google the number one on the super brand, Google scholar, google videos and google earth has brought a revolution to google and the google mail was the first to bring 2GB mail storage capacities which yahoo and microsoft did not think of. Though the answers.com of google has lost to rivals like yahoo answers and answers.com is gettin closed, yahoo has beaten google perhaps a rare occasion but google has conceptualied the way of doing business and its because of sheer innovation, customer satisfaction and the blogger and also the ad sense has also revolutionized blogging and ad's ...so google is coming up new and innovative features and diversified and positioned its products very well....it actually tried to capture the weakness of yahoo and microsoft and has done it successfully...

1. Simple, yet very sophisticated search techniques, which gives very accurate results - This makes people use to more and more- hence more advertisement - more revenues.
2. They come up with really good, innovative products - from the google labs.
3. Simple , easy -to- use user interface for most of their applications. Look at the google search page itself. It is so clean - which attracts people.
4. Acquiring of strategic applications like YouTube, Orkut - which results in a wider range of community groups.
5. A hype of all the above all over the WWW community - which makes people believe in google - which makes people invest into google - more worth.

Google have a lots of funtion , for exsample Picasa photo helper , lanague tranlate etc , yahoo do not have these net tools right , so that's why so many peoples go to Google website.
