everytime i put on lip gloss and stuff like that i always see myself as prettey and beautiful. but when i take it off or dont use it sometimes i get fustrated and think of myself as ugly. i try to see my self as a prettey person but when i take pictures i see what other people see when they look at me and it makes me wanna hide somewhere and just stay there. help please.

i am young and started to use eyeshadow, and i don't know what's my shade. I am middle-eastern so i have olive tan skin, not really dark. i have thick shaped eyebrows, i have big round eyes and they are light brown and kind of hazel? so what goes with me. i also have very dark brown hair. help me pleese.
