Hi, friend.
First of all I want to tell you that it doesn’t matter whether you have dark or fair skin. The most deciding thing that makes a woman stunning is healthy, smooth and glowing skin despite her dark complexion.
Dark skin has more pigment so can withstand exposure to sun much better.
Use a water based foundation that is not oily. Do not use orange based product if there is lot of yellow pigmentation in skin. For correct shade you can add little distilled water in it. Use a little amount of powder.
For blush type avoid brown and peachy shades. Rose and deep orange suits you better. For night parties touch of gold can really help for a glamorous look.
For eyes, almond brown mascara and light hue eye shadow work better. Dark metallic colors appeals much more. Silver around eyes look brilliant. Avoid vary light eye shadows. You can use gold one.
In the choice of lipstick, go for shades lighter than the color of your lips. Choose lipstick with matte finish. If you have dark lips, use some foundation or powder before applying lipstick. For evening make up use almond red shade and avoid coffee or pink color. You can put any lip-gloss also for elegant look.

plum, dark green and gold will look AWSOME on you. i am also middle eastern and have the same coloring as you do.

hint: a really cool look you could try is try putting the eyeshadow on almost like a eyeliner. take your index finger and put it on the corner of your eye. not on the bottom, but closer to the top. (the corner closest to the hair-line) then pull. draw the line as close as you can to your lashes, pull it out and up to achive the "cat eye look" (use a dark color) then use another lighter color of shadow on your lids.try not to over lap to two colors. then put black eyeliner on the inner rim of your eyes. after that all you need is a little mascra and your done!

I have hazel eyes and bronze shadow really looks great. I also use a bronze kohl line with black or navy mascara. My hair is blonde so that may not be a good look for you, but I will say I get many compliments

With your skin color I would prefer that you wear darker colors, such as deep purple or brown, and curl your lashes if you can, it makes your eyes better looking.
