My daughter is 19 too and if she wears her hair as it is naturally curly and long she look much younger. She got it cut into layers, highlighted and straightens it with a ceramic flat iron and wears her makeup so pretty. She also highlights her eyes with eye liner. Not too strong but enough that it really enhances her eyes. She gets constant comments how she looks so much older and just about every day gets hit on by a different guy because she is so pretty. Her boyfriend thinks she looks hot but tells all those guys she is his.

if you mean your body, dont worry, your not done developing yet. I had like a b cup when I was 19, now Im almost a D. Im 37 now. you really are going to mature more.
