Fashion & Accessories - March 2007

I recently have lost a lot of weight and my suits are huge on me. I used to wear a 48 regular but just got fitted today and was between a 44L and a 46L. Most of my suits are pretty expensive (super 110's and 120's) and I hate to throw them away. But I also realize that a poor fitting suit is a poor fitting suit, regardless of fabric or quality.

Will a recut suit fit me right or look crummy? Lastly, can anyone suggest a good tailor in the Wash DC/Northern VA area? thanks.

Is it wrong for a guy to shave his legs and arms? I like to wear shorts but i think its unattractive to see leg hair. It seems more attractive to not have body hair but thats just my opinion.

Our school is having our semi on Friday and I am planning on wearing a black strapless dress, made out of a thin jersey material. I am very small chested (32AAA or 32AA) and do not need any support from the bra. However, my nipples do poke through the material of the dress, which I think is trashy and want to prevent that. I don't even own a strapless bra! Could I just wear a regular bra (training bra or one with cups) and pull the straps down?

Basically....I'm looking 4 shoes but I can't make up my mind. I'm probably the only person in the world that doesnt like Nikes.
I was looking towards classic Adidas (cuz who can't go wrong with classics).
Last spring and summer I had black and white lacoste sneaks. This winter I had a pair of red and white and a pair of black and white suede Pumas (the ones that Ludacris endorsed).

BUT I'm looking 4 something popular...I'd go with BAPE but 4 reasons such as MONEY and AVAILABILTY and all that NO.

Are there any hot shoes coming out? I mean, I guess I'd go with Nikes if anything...4 me its between Adidas, Pumas, and whatever is hot this summer.

Anyone who's got any shoe insight? lol

I'm trying to find a pair of flip flops that I haven't really seen too much. They're drak brown, with a thin strap and a thin sole with yellow stripes on the side of the sole. They're either made out of leather or suede, probably suede, on the straps and sole. Anybody have any clue what I'm talking about? I've seen a few people wearing them around town but I never get the chance to ask where they got them. All the usualy online stores don't seem to have them. Any thoughts? Thanks alot.

heeeeys im not sure if this is happening to you;;but when i put my hollister jacket to the laundry -washing machine, drying machine, etc, and when i get it back, theres like little dots coming out of the whole entire jacket. and plus, the thread is coming out of the bottom of the jacket near the zipper. is this happening to you? how can you prevent this? ♥

Well in about 8 weeks i graduate from the __ grade and i really need a cute dress i am going to have one designed for me but i dont have any idea what i want so i want to get some ideas i need the dresses to be online and if one of the dresses is cute enough i will just buy it!!! There is a formal at the end of the school year, but the dresses have to follow the dress code. Shortness isn't really an issue, but the only allowed straps are straps that are two fingers wide-- no halters or spaghetti straps. Does anyone know where I can find (or look for) a dress that is CUTE but will fit the dress code?

Today the temperature was about 80 degrees (it's 77 right now.) I regret not going to school today, it was amazing out! Tomorrow it is supposed to be around 65. Is this warm enough that I can wear shorts or a skirt, or is it more capri pants weather?
