I have a pair of Brown plaid shorts (with pale yellowish stripes) that I like alot, but I have no idea what colors are supposed to go with it, as far as shirts! Ideas on shirts or any other clothing item are appreciated!

you should wear a plain collared pale yellow shirt. If you wear brown it wont look as great but if you wear pale yellow it will bring out the stripes and make the outfit pop.

OK, first off Plaids are OUT please keep that in mind but if you don't care if they are OUT or not then this is what can you do.
1.Plaid has a lot of color the beauty about them is it comes with different colors even through the you might see two are three basic colors there are more then that (look at where the colors meet each other, best thing to do is to find a t-shirt (under) to where with it (3) basic colors are black, yellow, or brown (Flee markets or basic store. Don't spend to much time on the t-shirt
2) the most important part of the outfit is the shoes as you might have notice we woman care a great deal about shoes (I know i do) so get the right pair of shoes, in other words take the"plaid" shorts that you like every much to the store with you and oh ah dark blue jeans or if you really want to light dockers :)

Wear a solid shirt, deffinetly! Anything with pattern will be too much since you're wearing plaid shorts. So, a solid colored shirt, yellow would be good. Match the shirt with one of the colors in the shorts and you'll be ok, but, not brown... too much brown... lol. :o)

i love plaid shorts on a guy they are so sexy and really make the legs look hot. i think you should wear a brown tshirt with a yellow logo design or a white logo design. something kinda funky. a solid shirt will make you look like you are in the third grade. mix it up and have fun with it. i dont know where you are from but armani xchange has cute guy stuff and so do the banana republic. shoes should be flip flops or sneakers by diesel. good luck

you should wear: -a cute brown tank
- with a yellow beaded necklace
-and a wide, belt over the tank
or if your not comfortable with tanks wear a nice scoop neck but NEVER wear polos they are not slimming and they are very last season
unless your a boy, i think u are so id wear
- a nice logo brown t-shirt
-a shell necklace or chain (so nice on guys)
-cool yellow nike wristbands
-brown converse high tops
boys look real good w/ clothes like that

Take one of the main colours from the shorts, and get a polo, and then wear like sandals or smething :)

I'm pretty suck on the shirt part, but wedges or clunky heels would go perfectly.
Make sure they're brown!

i would wear a pale yellow tank top and top it off with some brown accessories
