I am from NYC moving to go to grad school at Alliant International University in San Diego, where everyone wheres flip-flops all the time. I have heard Rainbow sandals are the best, but my real challenge has been finding flip-flops that fit me well. Whenever I try on nicer leather sandals I find that the front of the flip flop is too long. Is this acceptable ? Am I missing something when it comes to buying a flip flop that actually fits right? I have had maybe two pairs that fit well, but wore them to death.

How do you prevent blisters while wearing slip on sneakers like vans, converse, or keds? I see people wearing them without soxs, but whenever I do it, I end up with terrible blisters. Any tips?

i hate the skirt rule i wore a skirt and it was only a inch below the knee and they came and measured me i feel that if your parents aprove the way you dress then it shouldnt matter

I was in Wal-Mart the other day shopping for my neice who happens to 5 yrs old and I seen the most distrubing thing...I didn't know that "they" made THONGS for little,little girls.Am I the only one that thinks it should be a law saying that girls under the age of 17 should not be allowed to wear 2-piece bathing suits and thongs? There is absolutly nothing cute about a kid in a 2-piece bra and panty set nor a thong. For goodness sake is that all these people can think to make for these kids!!! It's just creepy if you ask me.

Do you realize that in about 40 years, we'll have millions of old ladies running around with tattoos and pierced tongues?

I saw a woman today with her tongue pierced and I thought it was sexy...my friend - a woman - said "it's a fashion statement".

Now I'm curious...do people pierce their tongues to be sexy or fashionable?

i've been watching the show "so you think you can dance" and guys on that show are tucking their straight legs into their sneakers. i know this is a reminisce of the 80s, but it equals bad fashion. i hope i am not the only one who think this is a tacky trend from hell.
