Ross, Marshall's, Old Navy, Goody's, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Belk's, TJMaxx, Macy's, and anywhere else with your size and your style and your price range. Do you! Don't let clothes make you. You make the clothes. Have you ever seen two people in the same outfit, but one outshines the next although they both have about the same body type? I have. It's all in the personality. depends what your idea of "cool" is. I personally really like wet seal, charlotte russe has some good jeans, hot topic has some cool shirts, if you have ever heard of metropark thats an awesome store, but they dont have them everywhere. you can also find some really cool websites that have great clothes.

If you like the high end stuff, dearie, try Saks Fifth Ave, Macy's, and places like that. For the rest of us divas who are on a budget, try stores like Old Navy, Target, Wal-Mart, and Marshall's.
If you're plus sized, try places like Lane Bryant or Ashley Stewart. Happy stylin', sugar!

I like Charlotte Russe. The clothes are absolutely fantastic and very cute, and they aren't super expensive either (although they're aren't exactly cheap.)

american eagle, pac sun, wet seal, it really depends on YOU and the way you put things together and wear them. that makes it cool! try to find places that are less popular and find things that are different, funky, or vintage- make sure it's cute and true to your style, not just the trend!!!!
