These are the ones I hate: Short skirts, No spaghetti strap tank tops, no public displays of affection (I hate it! Why can't you just hold hands), and also if your shirt has a tendency to rise and show even a centimeter of skin you get in trouble! These are the rules at my old school, but I'm moving this summer. My new school doesn't have a dress code except for the fact that you can disrupt learning with you outfit.

You got that right, girlfriend. You have NO idea how many times I've had to change clothes because of my short skirts. In fact, Im wearing one now! Also, the whole "you cant chew gum" is like way stupid. It gives us something to do while we're listening to teachers boring lectures!

i go to a private school and our dean is so picky. no birkenstocks, no gum, no backless shoes, no stilettos, no cargo pants, no pda, no swearing, at dances we (the girls) get checked for ina ppropriate dresses. oh yea no grinding either. so pretty much, if i were the student council president i would try to get that changed. and skirts have to be below the knee. which is so horrible considering my 2 long skirts vs. my 5 minis. also no patterns on skirts or pants.

our school says no chewing gum cause sometimes it gets grounded into the carpets...

i mean, if we were allowed to chew gum, we would be so afraid of getting up to the garbage can and throwing it away, instead of dropping it or sticking it under tables

well now im going to highschool, and they dont have that rule :]

ANDDD the pda (public displays of affection)
ooh my gosh
when did holding hands become such a crime?
and yeah i agree with the runnning in the halls
cause its not like your blind and cant see anybody coming out of doorways and stuff

I'll agree with the holding hands rule but also the chains and other things like that. And my school has one that if your shirt goes past your wrist when you put your hands at your side you have to tuck it in I hate that.....I hate alot of things about my school.
