I was in Wal-Mart the other day shopping for my neice who happens to 5 yrs old and I seen the most distrubing thing...I didn't know that "they" made THONGS for little, little girls.Am I the only one that thinks it should be a law saying that girls under the age of 17 should not be allowed to wear 2-piece bathing suits and thongs? There is absolutly nothing cute about a kid in a 2-piece bra and panty set nor a thong. For goodness sake is that all these people can think to make for these kids!!! It's just creepy if you ask me.

What's the big deal..... ? Thongs are only Underwear...they actually serve a purpose.... Chill out.. Thongs don't lead to SEX.... The bigger deal you make out of it.. the Bigger deal it becomes....

Look.. we don't need the government to make laws to hold us to a certain morality.... Supply and demand will determine if this is right...

you haven't seen anything yet. Go to the mall .. like Dillard's or jc penny's and check out their little girl underwear. They have little straps on each side and the front has cherries that say sweet as can be. I thought it was pretty screwed up myself. I bought some of the boy shorts for my daughter and I still think they are to revealing. They just look bad on her. I know they are comfortable so I thought she would like them but I don't like them on her. Its unbelievable some of the trampy clothes they have out for girls now!

I think you're halfway right. Children under 16 shouldn't be allowed to wear things like that. When girls hit 16 they really start to fill out so that would be an appropriate time.
