I never in years seen anyone in the WWE for such a short period of time suddenly become WWE champion just 2 years later and STAY champion for 2 years.

As I have found out, these are not as easily answered as I thought they would be. My two previous 'Who Am I?' segments are still not correctly answered, so let's see how this one goes.

CLUES:
-This Superstar began his career in California's All Pro Wrestling.
- He had a brief run with WWE in 1999 before being sent to ECW.
- While in ECW, he was a member of a stable that was a mainstay in the company until it's closure.
- One of his better known feuds was against New Jack that started in ECW and continued in XWA.
