It would help TNA with their television ratings if they did sign Goldberg. He would kick everybody's butts just like what he did in WCW and WWE, although I wished that he was in WWE more.

It would make it worse. He wasn't that great in WWE. And what would he do in TNA? If he came in and destroyed everyone, what would that say about the TNA roster. It would be like "Hey, someone who hasn't wrestled in three years came in and beat pretty much all of our guys in under five minutes." How does that show TNA as having a strong roster? It wouldn't. But Goldberg wouldn't be able to put on good long matches with AJ Styles, or Christian or any of them.
While they may get a few more fans for a little bit, in the long term it would damage the wrestling, wrestlers and reputation of TNA.

Yes. Not only would it make it better but it would help to draw in more of a fan base for TNA. As a casual wrestling fan I would be more inclined to watch with goldberg there.

TNA can't get much worse. Their biggest name is Christian Cage...I mean come on. Christian is the definition of a nobody. I don't think Goldberg will ever come back to wrestling though.

It wouldn't make no difference, because WWE will still be on top. WWE will still make alot of money. TNA wrestling is good, but there is no entertainment behind it. Look at there promos. They are fake and SUCK BAD. The announce team suck too. WWE got JR and the King.
