You have to win the General Manager Trophy on GM Mode.
Make it easy on yourself by plugging in a second controller, playing 2-player GM Mode and run the other brand into the ground!
Set it to repeat the same card week after week and have just the one match on the bill.
Keep whizzing through the events by not watching the matches & you'll have won the trophy within an hour!

you need to complete gm mode the easy way is to do 2 players and go to balanced match card then simulate all the matches. Only hire 10 people for a month and for player 2 don't give them anyone then they can't get any fans. The most experience points is 99999.

Turn the difficulty to the higest, i think it is legendary, use two people to do a match, when the right screen comes up pick multiplayer, then just pin the other person right away so you can get experence
