I never admit to Yahoo! Answers or anywhere that Randy Orton is the future of the business. I know for a fact that any one person that can cause $30,000 solely in hotel damages is not the future of anything. Orton has a lot of potential and COULD be the future of the WWE, but it's like he doesn't want to. He keeps getting himself into trouble and he needs to certainly GROW UP. He needs to learn to take responsibility for his actions and then maybe he could be the future of the WWE. Right now I think Mr. Kennedy/Money in the Bank is the future of the WWE and the future World Heavyweight champion.

Actually, Lesnar never had any disciplinary actions during his career; he left after only two years in the business to pursue another agenda. While he was in the WWE, I want you to point to a single stretch of time where he could be considered a loser. He literally *OWNED* SmackDown his entire career! Granted, I didn't like the way he was shoved down the people's throats; I mean come on, Undisputed WWE Champion after only 5 months? That's ridiculous. Orton at least stayed in the mid-card for a couple years during his tenure with Evolution, but even he shot to the top pretty quickly. Same with Cena and Batista (who has never even held a mid-card title!).
I remember a time when the average 'wait time' to become a World Champion was between six to eight years in the WWE, not counting time spent in the developmental circuit (OVW, DSW). If you look at the last five WWE Champions (Cena, Edge, RVD, JBL and Eddie Guerrero), Cena's championship came earliest at a little under 3 years; next is Edge, after *8* years.
I guess what I'm trying to say (and this may really have nothing to do with your semantic rant) is that WWE needs to go back to its old formula of forging champions: time.

There is no future to the WWE.
TNA will become the #1 promotion in the next few years and WWE will be no more.
