I am 5 10 , 18 yrs old and i am playing as a guard foward in our league and in my country ( which is Philippines ) my position is usually a forward/center but luckily because of my request they let me play the 2-3 position and i can shoot the 3 so far when i am open and can cross the ball along the half court and even pass some defender(tnx to the spin move) but still sometimes conceive a turn over . But whenever i am practicing alone i usually got 10-50 from the 3pts and my ball handling skill is not really 100 percent but i can manage to dribble almost perfect ( w/o looking in the ball and dominantly w/ my right hand) . My question is what's the drill to be 3 pt shooter and a efficient ball handler when practicing alone tnx . PLs some1 help because our games are starting soon probably nxt week ..... :))) tnx

I know this guy, he kinda psycho, that thinks he'll never lose in basketball. He's a total douche bag and I really don't think he's as good as he says. But, since I've never played him I can't tell him to STFU. He constantly bugs me in "Tech. Prep." and does stupid stuff like trying to kill somebody with "the touch of death." He watches way too much
Jet Li movies and he obsessed with bragging about his skill! Somebody please give me a way to get him to STFU!

i have wide feet and wear size 10 usa size and size 9 for uk. i should be size 8 uk but my feet is wide so i need 9. i wear size 9 uk for and1 shoes but i know that nike shoes are known to be slimmer than average but i dont know about basketball shoes. im planning on getting nike air zoom huarache elite
