1. The table below shows the average high and low temperature in January and July for two cities at the same latitude. Both cities receive about the same amount of sunlight. Which city is on an island in the ocean and which city is in a desert?
A) City A is on an island; City B is in the desert.
B) Both cities are in the desert.
C) Both cities are on an island.
D) City B is on an island; City A is in the desert.
E) Not enought information is given.

City Temperatures are in Farinheit:

January High for City A is 78.8
January Low for City A is 64.4
July High for City A is 82.4
July Low for City A is 68.0

Janurary High for City B is 89.6
Janurary Low for City B is 50.0
July High for City B is 111.2
July Low for City B is 80.6
