i tired a couple places to see if i can find a job but im still having problems the jobs some of u suggetsed i didnt like is there any more?

Ihave twenty years in supervison in the auto industry with a very good record. i worked with my injury since age16 until i HAD to have a operation to stop uncontroled seisures in my upper back and neck. it has now been 3 years .i cant lift much but i have worked with young supervisors to teach them the ropes to work with people create teams how to be a good team player . i dont want to give up how ever this is getting old.
