I like 'bears answer, as long as you make something available for the women too, I'd go for a females version of hooters myself. (but one, with better food, less emphasis on beer, and nothing too overtly naked)
Seriously though, how about they STOP sending work overseas. STOP sending jobs to China, India, Philippines - it's not really saving the companies any money short term (as the staff, although trained, hasn't got the expertise the US workers do)...I'm all for a Global 'big hug', but they're eroding the entire economic market in the auto industry in the process. Great, families in China can now buy a car. Meanwhile draftsman, toolmakers and other skilled trades are out of work with no hope of regaining their job. 26 years in the industry, and you go get to be a greeter at WalMart.
Perhaps the US should TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN, before they go off and try to be big brother to someone else with resources they really don't have. (deficit)

I would focus on the sex and gambling INDUSTRY....make somewhere on the great lakes the new LAS VEGAS......
nude banks, nude dry cleaning etc....
