How do thieves remove magnetic security tags?

i work in ashop and recently weve had a spate people stealing our clothes, all our grments are fitted with magnetic security tags but these cheeky thieves remove them and leave thwm on our fitting room chairs my workmates and i have attempted to remove them ourselves to see how its done but to no avail they wont budge, how do they do it?

Why don't many women's clothing sold in London have lining or backing cloth?

When I visited London many years ago, I found the closing sold at shops in London (eg. shops on Oxford street) so cool, and I felt ppl was wearing more latest fashion than people in my country in Asia. (I guess this situeation is still the same.)

But I things that I could not figure out was that there was no lining was attached on many skirts , dress and so on and It was a culture shock.
Does the reasons relate to the bad or the unique weather of London or just make those clothes cheaper?

Temporary Hire, Exhibition Helper?

Hi, I am not sure whether this is the correct place to ask. We run a small business. We plan to attend some exhibition in east coast in 2007. Due to limited resources, we need to find two people help us during the exhibition days. The exhibitions will be held every weekends (Friday to Sunday) from January to Feburary. The locations are different cities in east coast. Does anyone knows where we can find this type of help?
