how is it to live in tower hamlets in london?

depends on where in tower hamlets,
i live close to canary wharf area, on isle of dogs, thats great, but up in poplar and miles end its not great,,,,

pretty rubbish as it came up in the top ten worst places to live in the UK lol!!
