a friend of mine works in a hair salon and they have a guy come to thier shop once a week to sharpen them you could look on yell.com
otherwise a hardware store maybe

am a chef, do u have a knife steel,with practice its very easy, make sure u keep knives in block or sleeve good luck but the local butcher will do them for u around £5 set

I have had the same problem but solved mine by asking my local Butcher if he could do them for me, which he was happy to do. It always helps if you go to the same butcher and even ask his advice on cuts of meat and ways to cook or prepare them.

try your luck at your local butchers if they're nice they may do them for you free, mine do!
