Which pokemon are the best of each type available BEFORE you beat the elite four?

Right now Im using...
Lucario
Palkia
Empoleon
Luxray
And I might use Buneary, Sneasel, Haunter, Mesprit, Ponyta/Rapidash, or Roserade. If you dont know the best of each type you can at least list which 2 would be the best choice for the elite four.

pokemon silver help?

i dont know how to get the guy standing on the 2nd floor of the radio tower to move...all he says is that the rest of the tower is off limits and it didnt used to be that way...i want to know how to move him...he's one of those martial artists dudes...someone please help!!!

i need to go to mt.cornet first but,when ever i go,i run into a dead end.theres a galaxy grunt in the way of a door in a cave.do i have to go through there?how do i if he doesn't have any Pokemon? and if i don't have to go through there, then where do i go?

Hi i have dwonloaded a film off limewire and converted it using 3gp converter. The thing is after its converted into mp4 format its 1.04 gb and i only have a 1gb card, dose anyone know a program that will make the file smaller?(That i dont have to pay for)
