Pokemon diamond and pearl?

which starter pokemon did you choose and are you happy with your choice if not who should have you pick?

I picked Piplup and was very happy with him, he's a good starter to choose and his evolvtions are powerful (final-water/steel)

I chose Piplup. I always choose the water starter since way back in Pokemon Red and Blue. I'm very happy with my choice cuz Piplups just awesome. :)
