Give me suggestions to use Pepsi or Coke? whether these two soft drinks are bad for health or which oneI can prefer?

I am., yet I can drink other diet drinks and ordinary coke/pepsi.

When I have diet pepsi/coke I get filled with total rage inside so I always have to avoid it.

I want to know if anyone else has similar experience?

i dont drink alcoholic beverages
i dont smoke
therefore i dont have any bad addictions, right?
wrong. i am addicted to coca cola
i actually cant live without it
i tried over and over again throughout the years but i am unable to give it up.
my tongue actually goes dry and i crave the taste
i have mood swings and i want it there and then
nothing helps
is it just me or are there people out there like me?
please any advice on how to quit! thanks

i love fat free milk!!!!!!!!!


but i only drink 3 glasses a day for each of my 3 meals....i wish i had more but i'm scared it's too much calcium. if i could live without food...milk would be what i'd live on!!
