You know when they say that a show was watched by like "10 million viewers", how do they get that number? Does anyone know? Are the satellite and cable companies keeping track of what we watch or what?

I recently watched the 1st season of Torchwood, the Dr Who spinoff set in Cardiff, Wales. (is Wales like a separate country?) The show's not bad, but man! Everybody's doing everybody! Is this kind of sexual fluidity common in shows over there? I'm watching torrents of the show I downloaded so I'm can't see TV from over there normally.

I find this show pretty amusing, although he takes his compulsory thing a little too seriously I find myself doing alot of the same stuff and adjusting the angle of certain things haha great show.
