Television - 25 December 2006

I'm waiting for the new episode of Smallville, the Justice one. I've seen the episodes with The Flash, Green Arrow, and Aquaman. Can someone tell me what websites I can watch or download the Cyborg episode. Its the 15th episode of season 5. I can't find it. I don't mind downloading, just as long as it has nothing to do with morpheus or limewire(takes too long and i've gotten viruses before). I also don't have money to buy the complete season, so please help me. I've tried YouTube.com, Veoh.com, Limewire, and Morpheus.

Something that doesn't require me to buy anything and I can do on the couch. Perhaps, for instance, some strength exercises that a person can do while sitting and looking forward, but don't require weights or any other purchase?

Okay, I saw a music video on vh1 this summer, and i just thought of it recently. It had this guy with uneven, straight, obviously dyed black hair that was covering part his face (kind of emo-inspired), and was wearing lots of eyeliner and a lip piercing. Also in the video was him standing on top of this wall and there were torches, and there was a little black bunny. and...I caught the last few seconds of a video on mtv with him in it and it was called "love like winter".
Sorry for my really loooong question, but can anyone help me?
