Yes...I'm not stupid I know that. I just want to know HOW he does it in the first place. Is there a formula or what?

From Googling around, it doesn't seem like anyone's hit on the right algorithm yet, but it does seem evident that the fewer suitcases remain, the offer becomes more consistently *below* the average of the remaining prize values on the board. So it's probable that there really *isn't* a formula, but the banker's offer probably does take the odds into account and more often than not lowballs it to the contestant.

by seeing if the person who is playing guessed any of the seven biggest numbers, other wise the bankers offers more money.
