All right, here's the story. I'm a 16 year old girl, born and raised in the Bronx,New York. About 3 months ago, I moved to Nova Scotia,Canada..I doubt ya'll have even heard of it! So, this girl was askin me if I was scared of this guy in NS and all this garbage and I replied, "I'm from the Bronx NY, I've seen it all, he doesn't scare me"...She laughed and said, "Where's you're from has nothing to do with it."...That remark right there was the epitome of disrespect to me. Everyone in Ns thinks they're so tough. They right rap songs talking about how you better not step on their turf or they'll "blow ur brains out" and all this shyt. I'm from the BX, but I never brag. I've seen death firsthand there, and I never wanna go back. It's just disrepectful that they would insinuate NS being even half as bad as the Bronx.
What do u think of what that girl said and this situation in general?
