Obese because I could lose weight to a healthy size, but did you know that if you are anorexic and you get healed their is still a 60% chance you will still die

Why would anyone rather be anorexic? Have you honestly ever seen a happy anorexic person? I've seen quite a lot of happy obese people... but I suppose being thin is more important nowadays.
