How's your weather where you are located?

Why do you report a question?

is it just that you dont like the question? if that's the case, why not just not answer it? if a question doesnt violate any of the TOS, why click the 'report it' and get it deleted?

this is something about Y!A ive never figured out. also, why dont they check the question before they delete it?
