the best way to remove lipstick is to get a tissue, wet it and rub it on your lips or something wet.

Makeup remover. Baby oil will work too. Try some GoJo.

Baby Oil. I never wear makeup. I just apply it and take it off so there's a little residue.

wet tissue. maybe some nail varnish will help. vinegar might help too. how about paint thinner..
and eww... how did it end up there? throw away that tube of lipstick!

lol! dawn soap. lipstick is grease-based, and that's pretty much why dawn exists - to get rid of grease.
