I have my student loans taken out of my checking account. the bank messed up by sending the check back saying my account did not exist. Now the student loan place wants me to pay the full amount due ( 8 grand) because the payment was not paid on time. Can i and should i sue the bank? and if so..how much? I am not a sue happy type person, but it was thier fault and not mine. thanks
