Pulp Fiction, just based on its razor-sharp dialogue, likeable characters and great aesthetic.
Then my second would probably be True Romance, which QT wrote. The characters, again, are likeable and convincing, and Christopher Walken makes a star turn as a truly evil Mafia boss.
