I member being in my fifth grade class, and my teacher Mrs. Martin, told me and my class that something happened to the country, and that some buildings went down. Like any other fifth grader I didn't know what the Twin Towers were, but than no matter if I knew it or not, after school I went to my afterschool program, and we were watching TV, and we saw the constant repeats of the building on fire and collapsing. The after school program closed 10 minutes after it started. What was eerie was that when we went outside to wait for our parents to pick us up, it was quiet. No one was walking on the sidewalk. There were no cars driving, it was very quiet. That is probably one of the weirdest moments of my life up to know!

I'm thankful that my family arrived home safely after a brief but fierce snow storm we had today.
I'm also thankful that I GOT A PERSONAL MESSAGE from the Yamster reinstating 10 POINTS that were taken away from me unjustly.
I don't care about the points, but I DO care that maybe, just maybe they are "getting it" that people want a more personal touch when contacting them. :)

I have to choose a topic for a research paper. It can be any person, war, or event in history. I'm having trouble picking a topic. If you have any ideas, they'd be greatly appreciated. The paper needs to be three to five pages long. I would've put this in another section, but there are lots of people in Polls & Surveys. Also, no stupid answers please.

santa was in paper-this time next year they want him fit. no more cookies n milk! they talked about fruits n vegg. so kids will be healthy. ''santas'' never came up in eatin habbits in our family-is it a issue in yours? i dont think id like to see a 6pack on him. do u think they will change it?
