yeah i did it a few days ago. i was making homemade macaroni and cheese and i thought it looked too plain, it wasnt orangey like Kraft Mac and Cheese so i decided to put some red and yellow dye, hoping it would turn that Kraft Mac color, but it ended up looking a little too red.

i had a hard time explaining the red spots to my guests. lol. it was awkward...never again.

No, but that sounds like an excellent idea! How about green mac & cheese on St. Patrick's day?

No

But have you ever added pink butter to Spaghetti?

I hate pink so some people bought me alot of different pink foods for Christmas one year. I added the pink butter to Spaghetti noodles one time. It looked nasty but tasted just the same.

I'll have to try the food color sometime.

Why would I want to ruin perfectly good mac and cheese? That's sacrilegious!
