Would you say (rightys + leftys) that 99% of the time, if a left handed person has good hand writing they get told- 'You have good handwriting.. For a left hander'. That's definately happend to me more than one, but would you guys agree with 99%?

i have a really bad habit and its annoying me.
when i have a word inmy head, i think of typing it out on a mobile keypad. it started off as just doing that. But now i change all the spelling off the words and type it out on the keypad exactly as it sounds, except i add a "sz" in everywhere. For example, i would change;
example to
eerreszamszpellesz.
it says example but it had a few too many sz's in it.
I NEED HELP!
1. how do i stop doing it?
2. does this happen to anyone else?
3. anything else you have to say.
