No, and the more people try to make me quit the more stubborn I become about the matter. The past week I have been in several different states. Each had a smoking policy. Some were entirely non-smoking. Guess where I spent my money?!?!?
Peace.

I'm an expert when it comes to quitting: I quit smoking 23 times in 20 years....
My last one was December, 2002....the same day my wife had her heart attack at age 37.

Yes. After smoking Camels for 43 yrs. Surprisingly, the hardest part was listening to people tell me how hard it is. I just said I wouldn't have one now, maybe tomorrow. I've heard of people ODing on patches. Wow.

Yep, I sure did. I smoked for over 22 years, and I haven't had a cigarette for almost 11 years. I feel alot better, too. Peace!

Yes, i did and dang it wasn't easy. But my health is more important to me so even tho the cravings ( i quit in july- yes and i still get them) are the pits !! Especially when i get stressed !! I wanted to quit for New years but i kept putting it off so finally this summer while on holidays- i did it , kinda ruined my holidays tho cos of the withdrawal symptoms but oh well - it was worth it. =)

yes, i was only a social smoker, but i was in a car accident and i broke my neck and then knew that i should not smoke, plus if i had smoked more than i did my neck may not have healed, smoking takes calcium away form your bones. thank god i am fine,
good luck to you
