Jesus ask ur lord and savoir??? did u know he was crusified 4 all ur sins and mistakes he died for U!!!! For U!! foe every one in the word and went 2 hell 4 t3 days and then on the 3rd came bak to earth! he rose from the dead. now if u dont belive what i'm saying right now...guess where u'll end up once u die. HELL! yeah thats right, the ever lasting fire. but if u do beleive me and pray for salvation u will live a kingdom. God's palace.
2 recive salvation u must A: admit to God that u r a sinner. which wheter u admit or not u r, jut as i am.B: believe that jesus is God's son, which he is.
and C: confess with ur mouth that jesus is Lord of all, andcommit ur life to him.
if u belive all that i just said pray to God and ask 4 forgivness 4 ur sins and that he would come into ur heart and live there 4 ever. then i suggest u find a church in ur area.
IF U DONT BELIVE WHAT I"M SAYING: i really feel sorry 4 u. and i could care less what u think of me. because i'm proud 2 b a jesus freak!!

I'm 5'3 105 lbs and I lift 350 lb patients. Been doing it for over 4 yrs now as a Paramedic. I have seen more men get injured lifting less weight. I have not injured myself yet. Why are these guys such wimps?

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.

Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote 'The Hokey Pokey' died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.
