The secret to happiness is to truly accept the fact that all things in the physical world are temporary.
Your body fades, your money gets spent, younger people will take over your job, etc...
To be happy you need to focus on the only things that are permanent, like the relationships you develop with the people in your life and your own self awareness. Because the point of life is to become a better person, not to be rich and famous.
