i'm gonna start only eating at meal times,
i'm gonna do 50 crunches and pushups a day.
and eat healthier.
and if i'm feeling down do hip hop abs, hips, buns and thighs instead of pigging out.
if i do this for one month, do you think i will look and feel healtier, and will i loose some weight?
you can call it mild anorexia, i don't really care, i'm unhappy with my self image so i'm gonna do this and try and change it.
i'm 14, 5'7, and roughly 125 lbs.
