How about, "A family member is going to be blessed with the patter of tiny feet, they are going to ask you to be a big part of this childs life. Share in their joy and plan for the future!"

Depends if you want it to be funny and not so obvious or if you just want to come out and say it.
To be funny I would say:
There will be many hours of baby-sitting in your future
or something like that. Congrats!

Since you can't personalize it, it'd probably have to be something like 'You will soon spoil the newest member of the family' and maybe the due date and your name(s).
