Well first I started out with some books. They are always a good way to relax and look at things from another person's point of view. After which I decided to watch TV, but instead of the original just watching it and laughing and stuff I decided to analyze the shows and their message. This all helped me gain better analytical and reading skills in only a hours. I then decided to lift some weights to let my brain rest for a little while. After which I listened to some music and looked at how the lyrics relate to my life experiences and what I can learn from them. Then to finish it all off I made myself a nice meal; the thing is not to use one recipe but to experiment with what foods you think taste good and put them together for one combined meal. And Lastly do you know you wasted a lot of time just reading this meaningless list, ha gotcha. What do you think did you like that trick?
