A turtle because I love turtles. I would make the cream cheese frosting differing colors of green for the shell. The cake would be carrot because the color is kind of similar to flesh.

Ok mine would be a Toucan, and I would use all the colors of a Toucan to make it. The red, yellow, all the exotic colors. I think it would make a really colorful cake.
