Hmmm...
Love can be so painfull and nice that i can understand that sometimes it seems better if we never did fall in love or if we do then we want to "un" fall in love, like it is some kind of antedote to heartache.
Either way i feel sorry for you buddy! You must have it bad!
But if you really want to unfall in love:
1 Stay away from the person. (this is the most important)
2 Do a lot of exercise, so you'll be feeling good.
3 Remember something or someone else that you already liked before, and give yourself permission to think about that all the time and really get absorbed as much as possible.
4 Keep doing these things until you forget why you started in the first place. Then you'll know that it worked.
And you will be in good shape for your next great love affair!

There are "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover"; but you cannot "unfall in love," except by using of the "50" or 100 or 1000 ways. Just cut yourself loose with an appropriate apology. Don't be heartless.

Have you heard of Lope de Vega, Spanish playwright and poet? He has a play called "The Dog in the Manger". There the hero tries to unfall in love and his friend gives him advice keep in mind only unpleasant things about her. He tells that if you conquer your imagination you will conquer your desire. He says, "... when you see something really nasty, you can't eat a whole month when you remember the look of it, so try and find something really awful in the girl and think about it every time you think of her..."
Of course, this is not serious, but I advise you to read the play anyway.

But on a serious note... You don't need to fall out of love with someone to move on with your life. Date. Get out and meet someone else who may be 100 times better. This is the only way I know.
