her cell account was with at&t...yesterday i called to cancel it, explained to the woman the situation...gave her the information she needed...she either kept referring to me by my mother's name (which i corrected each time), or telling me that she was sorry that my 'grandmother' died...i was so irritated with her...and to top it off, when she was finally done she goes ok, i've canceled her account...i have your address...there is still a balance of $66, would you like to pay for this now?
i swear...i was so through with this...i payed for it...don't these large corporations cover this?
